These tools use cookies or similar technologies.
- Form hosting. Our forms are processed by Netlify, our website host, which stores submissions on our behalf.
How we use it
- To evaluate your property and prepare a cash offer.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your property and our offer. If you text us or submit the form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your request; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- To understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: service providers that help us operate (website hosting, form processing, analytics, phone and text messaging, customer relationship software); a licensed escrow or title company and, where applicable, partner investors involved in purchasing your property; and law enforcement or others when required by law. Partner investors receive property and contact details only when needed to complete a purchase you have agreed to.
Cookies and advertising
Analytics and advertising cookies help us see which pages and ads work. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust ad preferences at Facebook Ad Preferences and Google Ad Settings.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) to request access to, deletion of, or correction of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
