Why we started

Most people who need to sell a house quickly are not in a great spot: a parent passed away, a job moved, a tenant stopped paying, a lender started calling. The big national "we buy houses" companies treat those people as lead numbers. We started Top Priority Property Buyers because we think a seller in Hesperia or Compton deserves a real conversation with the person who is actually buying their house.

• Written offers with the math shown. No verbal numbers that shrink later.
• Licensed escrow on every transaction. Your funds and your deed are handled by a neutral third party.
• Straight answers. If a listing would net you more and you have the time, we will say so.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a California real estate investment company. We buy properties to renovate, hold, or resell, sometimes alongside partner investors who help fund the purchase. We are not a licensed brokerage and we do not act as your agent. Every purchase agreement we sign discloses our role as a principal buyer and our right to bring in a partner, so there are no surprises.
